Prescription Requirements

  • A valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner is mandatory for all pharmaceutical orders placed with Shehzad Pharmacy.
  • International shipments are strictly available only with a valid prescription and complete documentation.
  • Shehzad Pharmacy is not responsible for any adverse effects, complications, or health issues arising from medication use. The prescribing doctor or healthcare provider holds full responsibility for the treatment plan.
  • Customers must ensure that the prescription is current and has not expired before placing an order.
  • Prescriptions for controlled substances require additional verification and may take longer to process.

Payment & Order Confirmation

  • A non-refundable order confirmation fee of 500 PKR is mandatory for all orders to initiate processing.
  • Without this confirmation fee, if customers change their mind after order placement, Shehzad Pharmacy reserves the right to take legal action to recover shipment costs and administrative expenses.
  • International orders require complete payment before dispatch. Partial payments will not be accepted.
  • All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway. We do not accept payments through unverified third-party platforms.
  • Once payment is confirmed, order modifications are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

Delivery Information

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Pakistan for prescription medicines only.
  • COD is NOT available for supplements, temperature-sensitive medicines, or international orders - these require full online payment.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, customs clearance, and courier service efficiency may affect delivery times.
  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-routing.
  • Signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If recipient is unavailable, delivery will be re-attempted based on courier policy.

Medical Advice & Consultations

  • For free medical advice, customers may contact Dr. Shehzad directly during business hours.
  • Free advice is limited to short, specific queries only (5-10 minute conversions). Complex medical issues require a formal consultation.
  • For detailed medical discussions, diagnosis, or treatment plans, please confirm your order with the 500 PKR order confirmation fee to schedule a comprehensive consultation.
  • Shehzad Pharmacy does not provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, please visit the nearest hospital.
  • Medical advice provided is based on information shared by the customer. Accuracy of information is the customer's responsibility.

Product Information & Verification

  • We clearly indicate which products are verified and which are not through our verification tag system.
  • Customers should verify products on the manufacturer's official website using provided batch numbers and verification codes.
  • Shehzad Pharmacy is not responsible for products from unauthorized sources, underground labs, or unverified suppliers.
  • Product images are for reference only. Actual product may vary in packaging or appearance based on manufacturer updates.
  • Customers are advised to check expiration dates upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.
