Damaged During Delivery

In case of any damage during delivery or if you received an incorrect product, we offer a 7-day easy return policy.

Requirement: Please provide video proof of the unboxing showing the damaged or incorrect product.

Pharmaceutical Grade Products

For all pharmaceutical grade products, return policy is available only after verification by our quality team.

Products must be unopened and in original packaging with all seals intact for verification.

Non-Pharmaceutical Products

Shehzad Pharmacy does not accept responsibility for products from:

  • Underground labs
  • Non-pharmaceutical grade sources

These products are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Order Confirmation & Payment

Order confirmation money is non-refundable except in cases of valid delivery issues.

Refunds will only be processed if there's a verified delivery problem from our end.

Change of Mind

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for change of mind after purchase.
